MR Cetin Erkal having formerly attended university in America for construction engineering has attained a distinguished career within the building industry spanning some 28 years.
Prior to Kubera Ltd., MR Cetin Erkal gained great respect working as a construction co-ordinator for major Turkish construction companies such Enka Holding and Yuksel Holding S.A.
On this basis we have no hesitation in appointing Kubera Ltd and MR Cetin Erkal as our building contractor and project co-ordinator for Bluewater Developments.
