Each viewing trip is specifically tailored to meet the particular needs of each individual client, varying in duration from one to seven days (3 days recommended). We will ensure that you see a selection of properties within your given criteria and price range and re-visit any that you want to go back to as often as you like. We do not believe in ‘hard sell’, our approach is open and friendly and that’s a promise.
We can even take you to open a bank account and visit a solicitor should you decide to go ahead and purchase, so that you can complete all the necessary paperwork before returning home.
Arriving under your own steam?
If you have already made your own arrangements to be in Bodrum, we can still arrange property inspections from our Bodrum Office. The more information you are able to provide beforehand, the better prepared we will be for your visit and, for 2006; you have the additional benefit of the flight and accommodation refund offer!
If you reserve a property during your visit, Aegean Sea Properties Ltd will refund the cost of flights and accommodation. This refund offer is limited to two adults sharing a room for up to seven nights in a quality hotel of your choice. We will book agreed flights and accommodation, at agreed rates, on your behalf against your credit/debit card.
Should you be able to obtain flights or accommodation cheaper than us, you may book yourself, and we will refund your costs against documentary proof. Refunds will be made by cheque or bank transfer where a property is reserved during your trip, approximately 14 days after the purchase contract has been signed.
